The project creates a small residential ensemble within an existing olive grove, bringing together a new house, the pool and the existing lamia through a close relationship between architecture and landscape.

The single-storey house is composed of clear, offset volumes. Courtyards, passages and sheltered outdoor areas articulate the building and open its spaces selectively towards the landscape. Roof terraces and green roofs extend the usable areas while remaining discreetly integrated into their surroundings.

Between the house and the lamia, a generous outdoor living area develops around the pool, with sun terraces, an outdoor kitchen and a series of covered and sheltered spaces. These different places are carefully related to one another, forming together with the buildings and the olive grove a continuous architectural landscape.

The existing lamia is preserved, extended and reinterpreted as an independent part of the ensemble. New architecture, existing fabric and outdoor spaces are thus connected through a coherent architectural language.
