Lenny Valentino Schiaretti (*1979) studied architecture at the University of Florence. After his assistantship at the universities of Florence and Munich and working in two Munich architecture offices, he started his independent work in 2020 and founded the architecture office Atelier LVS. He lives and works in Munich and Tuscany.

Why Atelier LVS?

"I remember my father with the pencil in his hand, sketching in front of my young eyes. He was an architect and loved to talk to me about his ideas and projects. I was a happy child, watching him and listening to him with passion. Without knowing it, I learned. Through him I understood how to realise thoughts and ideas, how to put feelings and dreams on paper through sketches. It has been the best architecture school of my life so far. I never stopped observing, listening and learning from my surroundings. I studied architecture in Florence, the birthplace of the Renaissance. Around me some of the most beautiful monuments in the world, a city that inspired me daily through genius architects and artists like Brunelleschi, Michelangelo, Botticelli, Leonardo da Vinci, Donatello and many, many others. Atelier LVS stands for my love of architecture, for sustainability and ethics. For the connection between Italy and Germany. It is at the same time the bridge to art, painting, sculpture, photography, industrial design and music. Atelier LVS collaborates with other Italian and German architectural firms and a network of artists and universities.”
