The project emerges from a dialogue with an existing ruin, set within the hills of the Tuscan Maremma.
The pre-existing structure is interpreted as the spatial and symbolic origin of the intervention, transforming the stone walls of the former building into an outdoor patio with a fireplace, positioned in front of the kitchen, sheltered from the wind and conceived as the central space for outdoor living.

The new residential volume is conceived as a linear element beneath a pitched roof, integrating into the landscape with a restrained and respectful gesture.
Large openings and a linear swimming pool open the house towards the panorama, creating a continuous relationship between architecture and landscape.

Through the close relationship between interior and exterior spaces, the house offers a living experience based on a symbiosis with the four natural elements: fire, water, wind and earth.
